Okay let me start by saying this was a happy accident ending up for dinner here. When planning our Paris trip I wanted to treat my boyfriend to a special dinner. However as much as he appreciated good gourmet food there's nothing he likes more than homely comfort food, something that is quite hard to find in a city like Paris. Id heard various things about this boutique restaurant mainly from the hype surrounding them since it was a favourite of the Kardashians.

I went about trying to get a reservation there and surprisingly they would only answer texts, they would get back to me surprisingly quickly and eventually could fit me in. I was expecting there to be some snobbish behaviour since they had quite a reputation from accommodating celebrities quite regularly but that was not the case at all.
The restaurant has to be the smallest restaurant I've ever been in but very cosy and warm. The décor was uber quirky and nostalgic with Lego men and old modal cars and teddies adorning the walls and shelves and nooks and crannies.

the food was AMAZING such great comfort food such as mac and cheese is rarely seen on a Parisian menu and the cocktails were to die for (I had about 5! hahaha). Remember how I said the restaurant itself was tiny well it got a lot smaller have 5 cosmos! I banged into about every table on the way to the bathroom which was also tiny and quant but then suddenly I realised.... there was only one toilet so I had to be in the same bathroom as the Kardashians were (they're human too right they must need to use the look every now and again!)

literally my face as I suddenly realised I must have shared a bathroom with some of the Kardashian clan! Am I sad or what! haha!
The prices were actually a little under what you'd expect for Paris. the wait staff were really friendly and helped me pick what to eat as the menu was just too good! in the end I had Japanese Shrimp and madeleines with vanilla ice cream and marmalade. so delicious! My tummy is rumbling as I'm typing this. Paul finally got his gourmet cheese burger topped with bacon and a fried egg so he was made up!

seriously guys you have to try and visit this restaurant if you're ever in Paris!
hope you liked this mini review
speak soon lovelies
